17. Refunds & Returns
You can submit a request with Order Number in our ticket system.  Depending on which distributor we will try to communicate with them about the issue.  This doesn’t mean the distributor will comply.  We are only a middleman not the manufacturer of the products.  We will try to resolve issues with the sellers but we are not responsible for their actions.  Remember, laws in other countries may not apply to U.S. legal system.  You are purchasing from a global market via this site.  Returns are solely based on interaction with the seller which we will do for you.  You must submit a ticket for us to take a look at the Order # and where the item is coming from.

The timeframe for refunds depends on the distributor.  Some distributors take 3-15 days to process a refund depending on the company and country.  We will note in canceled purchase how long they will take to process the refund.  Trust us if we cancel something we will get your money back and proceed as fast as we can.  Once we receive the money back from distributor it will take 24 to 72 hours or less to push your refund back into your account or system you used to pay for product/products.

18. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are serious business and will be looked at as an attack on our system.  Anyone or person that tries to perform a chargeback will be prosecuted via law.  We know banks will help their customers steal from businesses even if they agreed to our terms.  On top of that will be banned from the site.  Our collection agency will contact and track buyers down and file credit reports on attempts.  You as a customer of Profoundsyntax upon registering/signing up using your email or social login agree to these terms.  You agree that any chargebacks attempted and processed will be breaking the agreement at Profoundsyntax that you have signed up to.  If so, we have to right to contact your banking institute to demand the reversal of the chargeback that was instated.

Some products are not refundable and only have warranties so please review or contact us to see if products have warranties or full product warranties.  If any customer actions cost us or cause our business stress having to deal with fraud such as Chargebacks we will take action in several ways.  We will not allow bad customers [who are not customers in the first place] to use our site as a stomping ground for fraud.  Products that are used for more than 60 days might have a refund status but some products are not refundable due to the time span of usage and only parts warranty.  Our after-sales support will help customers get replacement parts or come to a resolution.  If there is no resolution with the after-sale support team we will make a decision on a full refund or no refund.  If a customer did not purchase all the separate items to run a product we are not responsible for this.  Our support team will supply the customer with links to products that they need to buy as an extra that will work with said products.

22. Customer Support Application Must Usage / Support Agreement
We are up to date on the latest ways to communicate with customers via applications.  WhatsApp is a Facebook phone application that we use so customers can get assistance from global manufactures on their products.  If a customer demands that they do not want to use this form of support we are allowed to void and cancel helping customers any further.   This means that a refund or product return is and will not be allowed or available.  We are a global site that has several products that are not made in the United States and other places.  So, denial of our way to get your issues resolved will be breaking our agreement the customer checked upon checkout stating that they agreed to our terms and conditions.  When buying from an overseas or out of the country product you agree that you will adhere to our methods of helping.  Not co-operating with us can void your warranty with the company because you refuse to allow them to contact you with their means of communication for support.

Please make sure you understand that we are here to help but will not combat customers that do not want help.  We are here to sell products that are normally not available here in most places.  We do want to make customers happy but they need to work with us and the methods that we provide.
